ALUTECH Coating Performance

Alutech coatings are strictly in accordance with the AAMA2605 . We offer a 15 years

warranty for two layers coated PVDF coating. 20 years warranty for three layers coated

PVDF coating.

Alutech warrants to the customer that during a period of fifteen(15) years from the date of installtion the

product shall provide the following performance

The product will not fade or change during the warranty period in excess of 50E units, when measured

according to ASTM D-2244 on exposed paint surfaces which have been cleaned of external deposits

and chalk.

The product will not experience a loss of gloss that exceeds 20% when measured on vertical exposed

surfaces that have been cleaned of external deposits and chalk and compared to the corresponding

values measured on unexposed original coated surfaces. The gloss shall be measured at an angle of 60

degree and in accordance with standard procedures as defined by ASTM D-523.
